Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you can 30 days from the delivery date to request a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

✅ Conditions to be eligible for a return

To initiate a return, the product must:

- be in the same condition as received

- be intact and in good condition

- be repackaged properly

📩 How to request a return

To start the return process, you need to contact us via email address to:

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to ship the product.

🚚 Return shipment

- The return shipping costs are borne by the customer (with Italian Post it costs a few euros)

- The product must be packaged carefully, exactly as received

- After receiving and inspecting the return, we will proceed with the refund

💸 Refund

Once the product is received and inspected:

- if the return is approved, you will receive the 100% refund of the amount paid

- the refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase

- the crediting time is within 2-3 business days (bank processing times may vary)

If after 10 working days from the return approval you still haven't received the refund, contact us at fidoseat@gmail.com.


🛠️ Damaged or incorrect products

We ask you to inspect the product immediately upon receipt.
If the item appears defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered, contact us immediately, so we can assess the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible.


🇪🇺 Right of withdrawal – European Union

If the order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason, we even offer 30 days.

Also in this case:

  • the product must be intact and re-packaged as received

  • the refund will be full
